Dear Friends and Family,
We are so proud to announce that Bella graduated from Carlmont High School on June 9th!
Bella's passions are art, design, fashion, photography, writing, and, most recently, public speaking. She was the Design Editor of her yearbook this year and plans to pursue a career in Fashion Journalism. In March 2023, she was one of five students invited to speak at a Ted X event at her high school. The title of her talk was "How Do You Define Your Authenticity?" She did an amazing job and discovered a new love of public speaking through that experience.
Bella is an incredible young woman with a big personality and passion for all she does. She has overcome so much over the last four years and committed to coming back strong after her sophomore year at home during the pandemic and achieved every goal she set for herself. She focused on her studies, ended her senior year with a 4.0 GPA, and maintained a job as a barista at Starbucks for the last two years. She started at 16 working the cash register and now, at 18, ended her time there as a seasoned barista and barista trainer.
We look forward to seeing where life takes her, and we will be cheering her on all the way.

Bella will attend the University of Wisconsin Madison and major in Journalism with a minor in Textiles and Design. Bella was admitted to multiple schools, including several she visited in New York, but after arriving on the UW Madison campus, she knew it was the right place for her. Madison is the capital of Wisconsin and is a beautiful city. It has just the right combination of city and beautiful natural surroundings, which she loves. It is a place that suits her now but also has room for her to grow over the next four years.
We are so excited for her to begin this new chapter, and although we will miss her terribly, we know she has everything she needs to start her life as a young adult in a new city!
